4. Can I cancel / return my order if I change my mind? Answer
Your item/s must be returned to us in original and unused condition. Excluding all nail polishes and Paint pens due to hygiene regulations. Please email us first using our customer service email address - customerservice@naildelights.com to inform us that you wish to return your item/s, we will then issue you with a returns reference number via email. Once you receive you returns reference number please enclose this with your returned item/s.

6. How do I set up an account? Answer Once you have submitted your details you should receive an email welcoming you to Nail Delights and confirming that you have created an account with us. You will also get the chance to create an account when you check out.
7. Do you offer trade discounts? Answer Our trade account entitles you to all of the same options available with our basic account, but in addition to these options, you will receive a set discount on all items within our online store. We also offer higher discounts, this is based on higher volume orders. To obtain a trade account, all you have to do is set up a basic account, then request your account to be upgraded to a trade account, via contact us, on our site or customerservice@naildelights.com, Contact us with where and when, you trained or are training.
