1. What Methods of payment do you accept?

Answer

We use PayPal to process our credit & debit card payments.

We also use Payoffline, which enables our customers to select the products they wish to buy online and then pay for them offline, using any local PayPoint or Post Office, for more information click here

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE PAYPAL TO PAY US WITH A CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

Paying for your purchase/s using PayPal is quick, simple & fully secure as PayPal use Verisign to encrypt & protect all your information, this payment method is available to both U.K &international customers. You can also use your PayPal account to pay for your purchase/s if you have one.

We also accept payments by Cheque & Postal Order, this is only available to (UK customers only)

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours via Royal Mail 1st Class Post once we have received your payment and should generally be received the next working day but please allow between 1 - 3 working days.

All International orders should be received within 7 working days.

3.What happens if my good are damaged /faulty?

Answer

If you find your item/s to be damaged / faulty, please inform us immediately via our contact us page or using our customer service email address-customerservice@naildelights.com and we will issue you with a replacement or a refund depending on stock levels. If we are out of stock of any item that may need replacing, then we will offer you either an alternative product or we will place the item on back order and send it to you once its back in stock, all this will be discussed once you have contacted us.

The cost of returning unwanted item/s to us is entirely up to you and we suggest you always obtain a certificate of posting.

4. Can I cancel / return my order if I change my mind?

Answer
Your order can only be cancelled before it is processed.


You can return your goods if you wish, for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order.

Your item/s must be returned to us in original and unused condition. Excluding all nail polishes and Paint pens due to hygiene regulations.

Please email us first using our customer service email address - customerservice@naildelights.com to inform us that you wish to return your item/s, we will then issue you with a returns reference number via email.

Once you receive you returns reference number please enclose this with your returned item/s.

5. What do I do if my order has not arrived?

Answer

PLEASE NOTE: Please allow up to the specific days as stated below for UK & International customers, as we cannot issue a search for your orders before this.

UK CUSTOMERS
If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us via email at - customerservice@naildelights.com or you can contact us by phone - +44 (0)844 493 8191 to inform us that you have not received your order.

Once you have contacted us, we will look at each case on an individual basis to decide the best way to help you.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If you have not received your order within 14 days please contact us via email - customerservice@naildelights.com or you can call us on (UK) +44 (0)843 216 9119 to inform us that you have not received you order.

6. How do I set up an account?

Answer

If you wish to set up an account for easy shopping with us you can do this by pressing the login button, which will then take you to our sign up page which has two sections, the top section states returning customers please log in, this is if you already have an account,  if you do not have an account set up, the section below this gives you the option to create one, all you have to do give us some basic details, to submit press the submit button at the bottom of the section.

Once you have submitted your details you should receive an email welcoming you to Nail Delights and confirming that you have created an account with us.

You will also get the chance to create an account when you check out.

7. Do you offer trade discounts?

Answer

Yes we do and we have even named our trade account it's called "Trades Best Friend".

Our trade account entitles you to all of the same options available with our basic account, but in addition to these options, you will receive a set discount on all items within our online store.

We also offer higher discounts, this is based on higher volume orders.

To obtain a trade account, all you have to do is set up a basic account, then request your account to be upgraded to a trade account, via contact us, on our site or customerservice@naildelights.com, Contact us with where and when, you trained or are training.

Please allow up to 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays for your trade account to be activated.

9. How much will it cost to ship my order internationally?

Our shipping costs applies to UK and International customers which is -

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS £10 OR MORE IN VALUE - THERE IS A £1.50 FEE FOR SMALLER ORDERS THAT ARE LESS THAN £10 IN VALUE
