Please email us first using our customer service email address - customerservice@naildelights.com to inform us that you wish to return your item/s, we will then issue you with a returns reference number via email. Answer Our trade account entitles you to all of the same options available with our basic account, but in addition to these options, you will receive a set discount on all items within our online store. We also offer higher discounts, this is based on higher volume orders. To obtain a trade account, all you have to do is set up a basic account, then request your account to be upgraded to a trade account via contact us on our site or customerservice@naildelights.com, please make sure you fill in all the necessary details on your basic account if you intend to upgrade to a trade account.
