There are 16 individual stickers that come in a range of 8 sizes and can be cut to size if too wide.

Simply position the smile line correctly and smooth to the edge, using a downward motion gently file off the excess lenth and seal either with 2 layers of any standard top coat / nail art sealer or with your usual gel or acrylic method.
