Orly International was founded in 1975 by its current CEO and owner, Jeff Pink.  At that time, the nail care industry was in its infancy.  The range of products offered by nail manufactures was narrow and nail technicians and their clients were limited to files and polish but little more.

Over Thirty years and more than 25 treatments later, Orly has developed a comprehensive line which includes polishes, base and top coats, strengtheners, quick-dry agents, cuticle care products, As much a trendsetter as a nail care brand, Orly introduced the first-ever iconic nail look – the French Manicure. Since the mid-1970’s when it was developed by Jeff Pink, the Original French Manicure® has prevailed as the ultimate in nail chic.
