SHIPPING DETAILS AND COSTS

All standard postage UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail (First Class standard delivery),

All standard INTERNATIONAL orders are sent using Royal Mail via (Airmail).

If you choose to have your order tracked and signed for, Uk orders are sent "special delivery" and International orders are sent using Royal Mail "International signed for"

In the unlikely event that your order incurs any customs charges these will be entirely up to you to pay and we can not be held responsible.

If an order is above £46 it will be sent with full insurance to both UK and INTERNATIONAL customers. (This will mean it is automatically tracked and signed for).
 

Please note that if you request for your item to be left in your 'safe place' or somewhere at your property we can not be held responsible if your order does not arrive to you as we have no way of knowing whether it has been taken after delivery, Please only request for your items to be left if you can guarantee they will be safe.


U.K

Orders up to the value of £9.99 have a  £1.50 charge
Orders over £10 are sent free of charge

Tracked and Signed for can be added to any order at a cost of £5.00

All of our UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment (excluding Sundays and UK Bank holidays)


INTERNATIONAL

Orders up to the value £9.99 have a £1.50 charge
Orders over £10 are sent free of charge

All prices are based on U.K £ Sterling and include any V.A.T Payable. Our site does have the option to view prices in a range of currencies the exchange rates on these may change and you will pay the price shown what ever the currency used.
