Terms & ConditionsHOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE Making a purchase could not be easier just follow these basic steps, 1. Browse our store and add any item/s that you wish to buy into the shopping basket, which is done by clicking on the 'add' button at the bottom of each product. 2. When you have completed your shopping, please click the ‘checkout’ button at the top of the page. 3. When you are ready to pay select the delivery method that applies to you then click the checkout button.
You will be asked if you wish continue without creating an account, or if you wish to create an account, fill out the form entering the necessary details. If you choose to pay without creating an account, you will then be asked for a few essential details to enable us to process your order. You will be then asked to choose payment method - Select either options, Cheque/Money Order ( AVAILABLE TO UK CUSTOMERS ONLY ) PayPal or you can also use GOOGLE Checkout You also have the choice to use PayOffline, (which is an offline payment method)
PAYPAL If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, via a 128 bit encrypted secure connection to process your payment. This way your payment details (credit / debit card numbers) are not disclosed to anyone but PayPal. PayPal accepts the following credit / debit cards as payment methods, Visa Alternatively if you have a PayPal account, you can pay via the available funds that you have in your account or direct from your bank account. GOOGLE CHECKOUT To pay with GOOGLE Checkout select the google icon in the cart this will then transfer you to google's checkout to complete your order via 128 bit encrypted secure connection.
PAYOFFLINE PayOffline is an offline payment option that allows you to shop exactly the same way as you would if you were paying by any other method, then once your ready to checkout, you select PayOffline as your chosen payment option/method, the same as any of the other methods, print off the barcode issued during checkout, (also sent via email to you), you take this barcode to your nearest PayPoint or local Post Office, they scan the barcode and you pay for your goods there and then, we receive an automated clarification within up to 48 hours ( usually within 24 hours) then we dispatch your order.
All international payments are made via PayPal in the same way as above. PayPal will do currency conversions automatically for you. PAY
For U.K buyers there
is an option to pay via ( Personal Cheque ) or ( Postal Order ). To pay
using either method, please select the ‘pay by cheque
option’ at checkout. You will then receive an email
containing details on who to send your cheque or postal order to.
If you purchase any item/s from us, the full price you will pay is clearly stated on your checkout pages / confirmation email. Please ensure that you check and correct any errors on your checkout details, before you submit your order. Once you have completed and paid for your item/s you will receive a conformation email confirming will have received your order. ( * ) Free shipping worldwide for orders that are £10 or more, for smaller orders up to the value of £9.99, there is a small charge of £1.50
SHIPPING DETAILS AND COSTS All UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail (First Class standard delivery), except if it is a trade order that requires delivery by courier this will only apply to trade account holders (TRADE ACCOUNTS AVAILABLE TO UK CUSTOMERS ONLY). We will notify you of this at the time of ordering. All INTERNATIONAL orders are sent using Royal Mail via (Airmail).

When the order is placed at our website, you will be transferred to PayPal via a secure connection to pay by credit / debit card. These will be the only people to have your card number we never have access to your details. BASIC ACCOUNT If you wish to create a basic account, you can do this by pressing the login button which will then have two sections, the top section states returning customers please log in this is if you already have an account, or if you do not have an account set up the section below this gives you the option to create one, by giving us some basic details, then to submit press the submit the information button at the bottom of the section. You will also get the chance to create an account when you check out. Once you have set up your account you will then receive an email explaining what you can do with your account and that you can take part in the various services we have to offer you. Address Book - We can now deliver your products to another address other than yours! This is perfect to send birthday gifts direct to the birthday-person themselves. Order History - View your history of purchases that you have made with us. Products Reviews - Share your opinions on products with our other customers. CANCELING YOUR ACCOUNT To cancel an account, please email naildelights@customerserv ice.com and request that your account to be cancelled, we will need to verify that it is you which is making the request by asking for your details.
TRADE ACCOUNT A trade account entitles you to all of the same options available with our basic account, but in addition to these options, you will receive a set discount on all items within our online store. A minimum order amount applies to reciev these discounts. To obtain a trade account, all you have to do is set up a basic account, then request your account to be upgraded to a trade account via contact us on our site or customerservice@naildelig hts.com , please make sure you fill in all the necessary details on your basic account if you intend to upgrade to a trade account. Please allow up to 24 hours excluding weekends and bankholidays for your trade account to be activated.
GUARANTEE If you are not happy with the product/s you have received, we can offer your money back or an exchange, as long as we are informed that you wish to return / exchange your products, within 7 days of you receiving them. Please see our returns policy for details on how to do this.

Once you have contacted us, we will then take each one as a individual case for which is the best way to help you. RETURNS POLICY If you wish to return your goods for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order, your item/s must be returned to us in original and unused condition. Please email us first to inform us that you wish to return your item/s, we will then issue you with a returns reference number via email. Once you receive you returns reference number please enclose this with your returned item/s. If you find your item/s to be damaged / faulty please inform us immediately via our customer service email address and we will issue you with a replacement / refund depending on stock levels, which will be discussed once you have contacted us. The cost of returning item/s to us is entirely up to you and we suggest you always obtain a certificate of posting International customers are advised to return your item/s by a method that requires a signature, for added security. Please mark as (returned goods) for customs. All item/s returned are inspected before any refund or replacements are issued. We will gladly refund the cost of your item/s minus postage, or replace your item/s if faulty, once received back to us in original condition. If an item is returned damaged it may not be eligible for a refund and we will email you and discuss the matter further. If there is no problem with your item we will offer you a refund or replacement, whichever you choose to proceed with. Refunds will be made by the same method you paid in.
